Simply put, Reality Based Training involves simple realistic scenarios and the use of firearms converted to utilize Force on Force / Simunition marking cartridges. This allows instructors to create real life situations for the student to participate in.
If you are a handgun permit holder, armed business owner, and/or homeowner who refuses to be a victim, this is what you are looking for!
This is the same equipment and instructional techniques used in Law Enforcement training today!
We utilize simple "Isolation Drills," each focusing on a single objective to help build muscle memory and enhance reaction time during a critical incident.
Unlike others, we do not use unrealistic "shoot houses" or offer "zombie apocalypse" games that create training scars. Similarly, our simulations are not over complicated and/or unrealistic. Regardless of your skill level, you will find this training to be informative and enjoyable with a price that cant be beat!
Hesitation is caused by two factors; Stress and Conscious Effort.
Stress causes hesitation when we are placed in to situations we are unfamiliar with and have difficulty mentally and physically responding to.
Conscious Effort occurs when we are unsure of what to do in a situation and must take time to process what to do.
We can eliminate these two killers through specific and targeted training. Our classes are designed to help inoculate the student to stress by emulating stressful situations. Additionally, we reduce conscious effort by providing the student with the knowledge necessary to quickly act during a critical incident.
In addition to being certified Police Firearms Instructors with years of experience and numerous certifications; Our instructors are certified through Simunition and Force on Force (General Dynamics) as Reality Based Training Instructors.
We utilize only the best equipment for our scenario training. Safety gear is listed, certified, and rated for the task. All weapon conversions and marking cartridges utilized are genuine Simunition and Force on Force products, exactly what is used in modern law enforcement training!
